“The big systems integrators have experienced people with the right skills. We’re coaxing their people away with big salaries and better lifestyles. It’s expensive, but our customers are prepared to pay big money for the right people to work on their projects”

[CEO, IT Services Provider]

Demand for digitalisation continues unabated and Systems Integrators are riding the wave. Indeed, McKinsey has found that since 2020, businesses have increased funding of digital and tech initiatives by over 65%. 2022 is a fantastic year for SIs to capitalise on this growth opportunity.

The problem, however, is having enough skilled and experienced employees to deliver on the demand. Resignation rates are currently 30% per annum for these highly prized people. The lure of higher salaries and a better lifestyle is coaxing them away.

Whether it’s pentesting, PCI or posture management. 5G, Wifi, MEC or NaaS. Immediate needs or future plans. These people are in demand and as they flow out of your business they undermine your ability to drive growth.

Join us as we explore “what strategies can you employ to address the talent problem and confidently win business, knowing you can deliver”?

Our Speaker: Ade McCormack

Ade McCormack combines deep insights into what is driving the need for personal, organisational and societal transformation with the ability to relate it in a manner that both leaders and their people can act upon.

He is a former Financial Times columnist on digital leadership, and today works with the University of Cambridge at the sharp end of executive education.
