“The reality is, many digital transformations fail because companies aren’t integrating their

business and technology strategies from the start”

Chris Bedi, CIO, ServiceNow

New technology terms emerge at a ferocious pace. Some are destined for stardom; others barely make it a few feet. Despite the back and forth, real progress is made over time. 10-years ago cloud was a “marketing concept developed by the vendors”. And now, it’s a saviour of the pandemic and a key enabler of greater sustainability too.

However, if you push the acronyms to one side for a moment, this is all about delivering business value, progression and transformation. Given that 70% of digital transformation projects fall short of their goals [BCG, 2020] it’s important to ask why. Indeed, what are the golden rules of successful technology-based business transformation? And what role do partners, innovation and deep engineering play in delivering success in the long term?

Keynote Speaker: Nicklas Bergman
